Guinness Nigeria Plc is seeking to raise up to N5 billion Series 1 and Series 2 Commercial Paper under its N10 billion Commercial Paper Programme. The fund will be used to support its short term funding requirements.

Its three brewery plants strategically located in Nigeria has a combined production capacity of c.10.0m hectolitres per annum.
