Mr Macaroni Features Ooni of Ife In Comedy Skit

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi has been starred in a comedy film with popular Nigerian comedian Debo Adebayo professionally know as Mr Macaroni.
The comedy skit which was released on Saturday on all social media platforms was based on cultural values and core principles that youths and the young generation as a whole are expected to uphold.
Oba Ogunwusi has plied a strategic route to send a cogent message to his people in a faster way , especially to the rising generation. The comedy video  seem to be one of the most viewed contents on mainstream media- billions of views over the past years.

In the video, Mr Macaroni was unknowingly taken to the presence of Ooni of Ife by his supposed girlfriend on account of a surprise gesture. Unconscious of his new environment he refuted the young lady who knelt down in reference of the crowned king from doing so, deeming the act as ancient gesticulation.

He afterwards realised the terrain to which he has landed himself and fell stretched to the ground in a symbol of honour and respect to the king while he shivered. Speaking to the repented and terrified Mr Macaroni, Ooni of Ife said:
“Disregard the notion that kneeling down to greet is not necessary in the current dispensation. We from Yoruba race and all over the world, when you see your elders, you must respect them. Not to talk of coming in the presence of your king. You must kneel down and you must prostrate. Kneeling (female youths) and prostrating (male youths) is still pivotal and due for the elders. So let the new generation know this.”
After the film, Ooni showered Mr Macaroni with a lengthy prayer while also making a joke out of the comedian’s funny byline. The king pointed a phone at him and said “Put it there yourself, I’ll freaky your account”.
